Songwriting

Songs are to be written from within the mind.

They are to be written by accident.

When you write songs they should express your joy, your sorrows, your pain. 

You must pen down by listening to the pulse grooving inside your head.

You must not wait. 

Try to travel or sit still where you see the world move, like a stream or like an aeroplane. 

Lie on your resume but always be true towards your phrases.

Write with all seriousness, let it effect you. Let it drug you, yet try to remain clean as a flute. 

Look up words that rhyme. Only grade A narcissists claim chord changes to be their belongings. You really cant own a chord progression.

But strive to be different.
